Self-motivated and VFX inspired.

I want to feel competent that I’m doing worthwhile work. Starting a day knowing that, feels like a victory and the sense of autonomy which comes with it translates into a 'there-is-a-way' attitude. That puts me in the zone, and it makes me present.

My guiding values are integrity and sincerity. I’m a learner. I like to know how complex things work, and there’s no reason not to be able to find out. When working on projects, personal or professional, I take care to exercise deliberation without overpowering my intuition. Not easy! It doesn’t have to be easy.

Ok, enough baloney. Now, get back to the pretty prictures.

HP Envy 8 Note Display Box

Packaging design & engineering

Problem: Glorify the product without the use of dedicated point of sale material.
Solution: A display box which could be converted to a counter display. HP Envy 8 Note was released across Europe. See the unboxing video.

Biggest challenge: secure the products for transportation but make them easily accessible in store, so that customers could pick up the product. A design cue for one's ability to pick up the tablet were the two 'hanging' in the air diagonally opposing corners which showcased the thin profile of the device.

Two additional custom renders of the keyboard were rendered in Octane Render and became part of the final print-ready artwork.
